When organizing dives for beginners, we fully understand how much depends on the instructor running the program. We do everything we can to make sure your first steps in diving take place under the guidance of a well-trained professional, with complete safety and maximum enjoyment.
With that in mind, here are the principles we follow when working with beginners:
Groups are put together based on each diver's individual background. Some people, even without a certification, have already dived before, feel completely at ease in the water, and might even do spearfishing. Others are trying it for the very first time, can't swim, and are a little nervous. We always find out these details in advance and run the program accordingly, giving each person exactly the approach they need. In any case, group size never exceeds three divers per instructor, and if needed, we work one-on-one with a beginner diver. On top of that, each instructor works with only one group throughout the day, which lets us guarantee attentive, relaxed care for our divers, no rushing, whether on the boat or underwater.

We believe a quality briefing is absolutely crucial. Before the dive, we go over all the key diving techniques in detail: breathing from the regulator, using the BCD (buoyancy control device), the diving mask, equalizing ear pressure, and so on, right down to proper fin technique and underwater behavior as part of a group. We're also happy to answer any questions after the briefing so our clients feel fully ready for their first dive.
When guiding the group underwater, the instructor stays right next to the divers, close enough to help anyone instantly if needed. Those who don't feel very confident at the start of the dive, the instructor will take them by the hand. At the same time, we'll do our best to give our client the chance to eventually swim on their own and get the most enjoyment out of the dive.

Dive duration depends first and foremost on the divers themselves. Different fitness levels, different rates of air consumption, how quickly a person gets tired, all of this is taken into account when determining dive time. We aim for dives lasting 45-60 minutes; the time is only shortened if we can see it's needed for our divers' comfort.
The maximum depth for non-certified divers is limited to 12 meters, that's the established safety rule. This depth is more than enough for a full dive and to explore the highlights of most Pattaya dive sites. We start the first dive in shallow water and gradually increase the depth, carefully monitoring the group's comfort and safety.

For our dives, we choose spots with the most interesting marine life, so we can show our clients a variety of corals, plenty of fish, mollusks, and other sea creatures. The islands around Pattaya where we go diving are also home to many large sea turtles, and we frequently encounter them underwater.
Warm water year-round and vibrant underwater life make diving one of the most exciting and memorable excursions in Pattaya, and our experience and professionalism will give you a ton of positive emotions from your dives. Many of our clients come back to us after the beginner program to take diving courses, and then return to dive with us as certified divers.
The program includes two dives, full equipment rental, lunch on board, plus water, tea, coffee, and cookies throughout the day.
